■ Hokkaido / Okinawa: ¥1,100 (tax incl.)

Free shipping within Japan on orders of ¥6,600 (tax incl.) or more.

■ Overseas (South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia): shipped by EMS. The actual shipping cost is charged separately. We will contact you with the total amount after your order and ship once you confirm it.

Delivery time
Orders are usually shipped within about 2 business days of the order date.
After long holidays (New Year, Golden Week, etc.), shipping takes about 3 business days.

Returns and exchanges (shipping costs)

・Due to our error
If the item delivered is defective or differs from what you ordered, we will promptly arrange a return or exchange.
We bear the return shipping cost. Please send the item back freight collect.
※If the same item cannot be replaced (for example, a discontinued product), we will offer a different color of the same product or a refund.

・At the customer's request
You may return or exchange purchased items for your own reasons.
Please apply through the return/exchange form within 10 days of receiving the item.
For returns at the customer's request, round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.
