This site is not responsible for any troubles or damages that may arise between customers, or between customers and third parties, due to the content of customer posts.
This site will decide whether to publish or not to publish, correct, or delete posted content, and we cannot individually answer the reasons for such decisions.

3. Publication

5. Scope of Use of Posted Content

The content of reviews (text, photos, etc.) posted by customers may be used for knitido's official social media, email newsletters, advertisements, promotional materials, etc., in addition to being published on this site. Please note in advance that no individual contact or payment will be made at this time.

6. Points and Benefits

Customers who post a review will receive 50 points for each review published. These points can be used for purchases at the knitido online store, with 1 point = 1 yen. However, points will not be awarded in the following cases:

If the posted content violates these terms and publication is not made
If multiple reviews are posted for the same product
If a review is posted for a product that has not been purchased
If this site determines that the content is false or copied from another person's post

Point allocation will be finalized upon "completion of publication". Points already awarded may be revoked if fraudulent posts are confirmed.

7. Changes to Terms

The contents of these terms are subject to change without notice. The revised contents will become effective at the time they are posted on this site. Please check this page for the latest contents.
